By engaging Reach & Rally Inc. for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Reach & Rally Inc. provides AI automation, growth marketing, and digital infrastructure services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal. By accepting a proposal, you agree to the payment schedule specified therein. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to cancellation remain due. Prepaid retainer fees for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Upon full payment, you own all custom work product we create specifically for your project. We retain the right to reference our work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks used in delivery.
We treat your business information, data, and strategies as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver our services (e.g., hosting providers).
We are committed to delivering measurable results, but cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Marketing and automation results depend on many factors including your product, market conditions, and team execution. We will always work in good faith toward the goals agreed in your proposal.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
